Today we shipped the Origami Sequencer: multi-step LinkedIn + email outreach, built right into the chat agent.
Smartlead, Instantly, and Outreach charge $50 to $250/seat/month for this. On Origami it's included on every paid plan, with unlimited sending and unlimited accounts.
Here's what's in it.
LinkedIn + email in one cadence
Up to 10 steps per channel, in any order. Day 1 LinkedIn connection request, day 3 email, day 5 LinkedIn DM, day 8 email follow-up. You decide the rhythm. Most sequencers are email-only; the buyers we sell to don't live in just email, so we don't make you pick one channel either. Sends come from your own connected mailboxes and LinkedIn profiles.
Unlimited sends
Every connected mailbox and LinkedIn profile sends as much as it can safely send. We handle pacing, time-zone-aware delivery, and per-account daily caps so you don't burn deliverability or trip a LinkedIn warning. You don't pay per send, per seat, or per mailbox.
Multi-account
Connect 1 mailbox or 10. Connect 1 LinkedIn profile or 5. The Sequencer rotates across them automatically and gives each account its own warmup pacing. This is the kind of feature that costs an extra $30/account at most tools. Here it's just on.
One shared inbox
Every email reply and every LinkedIn DM lands in one shared inbox. Leads auto-pause across every channel the moment they respond. No double-sending, no awkward "ignore my last message" moments. Your team works the inbox the way they'd work a Slack channel.
Built into the agent
You can say to the Origami agent: "email these 50 leads in my warm intro cadence." And it does it. The list you just built in Origami doesn't need to be exported to a CSV, imported to Smartlead, mapped to fields, and tested. It goes from "found" to "sending" in one conversation.
This is the piece most other tools can't replicate. The Sequencer isn't a separate app you context-switch into. It's the natural last step of the work the Origami agent is already doing.

The LinkedIn row is the one most teams underestimate. Email-only sequencing in 2026 leaves the highest-converting channel on the table; LinkedIn DMs reply at 3 to 5 times the rate of cold email when the contact is right. We made LinkedIn a first-class citizen, not an add-on.
Why we made it free
We charge for the part of Origami that's expensive to run: the AI agent, the live data sources, the contact info, the enrichment credits. Sending email through your own Gmail and sending LinkedIn DMs through your own LinkedIn doesn't cost us anything we need to pass on to you. So we don't.
There's also a simpler version of the answer: the sequencer isn't a separate product, it's the natural last step of the work Origami already does. Charging twice for one workflow never made sense.
How to use it
If you're on a paid plan: the Sequencer is on your dashboard. Connect a mailbox and a LinkedIn profile on the integrations page and start a sequence. The first one takes about 3 minutes to set up.
If you're on the free plan: upgrade to the $29/mo plan to try it. If you don't like it, just say so and we'll give you a full refund.
