What are credits?
Credits are consumed when Origami searches data sources, enriches leads, or runs AI research. Different operations cost different amounts. You can see the cost of each operation before it runs.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You upgrade to a plan with more credits. Your existing data and workspaces are never deleted.
What's included in the Free plan?
1,000 credits, access to all 15+ data sources, and up to 30 rows per table. No credit card required. CSV export and contact enrichment (emails/phones) require a paid plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or cancel at any time from your billing settings. When you upgrade, you pay the price difference and your billing cycle resets.
What are 'simultaneous running workspaces'?
The number of workspaces Origami can run at the same time. On Starter you can run 1 at a time. On Pro, 3 simultaneously. On Scale, 10.
