What does usage pay for?
Usage is spent when Origami searches data sources, enriches leads, or runs AI research. Different operations cost different amounts. You can see the cost of each operation before it runs.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Every paid plan has unlimited top-ups. You get an included amount of usage each month, and you can top up or turn on auto top-up if you need extra. Your existing data and projects are never deleted.
Can I try Origami before subscribing?
New organizations can try Starter free for 7 days with $66 of usage. A card is required. The trial renews at Starter's monthly price unless you cancel from Billing before it ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades start today: you move to the new plan, get its full monthly usage, and unused time on your current plan is credited. Downgrades apply at your next renewal.
How many team members can I invite?
Every paid plan includes unlimited team members at no extra cost. There's no per-seat pricing - invite your whole team and everyone shares the same balance.
What are projects?
Projects keep lists, campaigns, and chats organized by client or motion. Starter includes 3 projects, Pro 10, and Max unlimited.
