I have worked within several international companies and currently work with Maple Leaf Farms as the General Manager of their China of Their Joint Venture Project. I have been a part of building and leading teams between Asia and the USA for 10 years. My passion in business and life is understanding the differences and commonalities between people across the world and building a bridge between people across the world to obtain maximum benefit to all involved. I graduated from Indiana Purdue of Fort Wayne, Indiana. My Degree is Organizational Psychology, with focus in Business Administration.
