Leading a team of 20+ specialists in Corporate Services, I work with the other groups in a highly federated environment to introduce new capability and shape the future of IT at DELWP. As the CISO, I lead the cyber security team to ensure the security and integrity of the information held in our systems and I represent DELWP at the Victorian Government Cyber Security Working Group.

Solar Victoria provides incentives in the form of rebates to Victorian householders in order to encourage them to install solar panels and solar hot water systems. After a successful initial version, the government wanted a better system and processes that could handle more than double the volume of rebates, provide more accurate statistics and reduce manual handling. I lead the technical delivery of this Salesforce based CRM, leading teams from multiple suppliers and DELWP IT. We created the customer journeys for both B2C and B2B workflows and the platform was built to support industry partners by providing them with their own portal to manage their business and customers. The internal portal was designed for workflow efficiency and security, ensuring data integrity and reducing time from request to completion. The system automated many of the processes, reducing workflow completion time and providing accurate data for analytics.

ANATAS is a national consulting firm specialising in technical consultancy services since 1996. Their growth had stagnated as the workforce was not adjusting to the changes in the market. I was brought on as the consulting CTO to guide C-Level clients through adoption of lean and agile methodologies and digital transformation as well as DevOps. Internally, I streamlined the Architecture Practice, created the DevOps Practice and introduced Agile for the engineering team. I also re-evaluated our partnerships with technology vendors, strengthening some and severing others to ensure strategic investments and market alignment. I increased brand awareness by publishing articles, delivering presentations and attending industry events.
