I’m an entrepreneur, angel investor, and mentor with over 30 years experience in software, enterprise technology, and venture building. Today, as Founder & CEO of ERGUEN Ventures, I invest in and scale companies that deliver AI-powered business solutions, ERP systems, and next-generation enterprise technologies.Before founding ERGUEN ventures, I held leadership roles at Citrix, VMware, and NetMotion, where I built strategic accounts with Deutsche Bank, Lufthansa, Coca-Cola, and others. These experiences taught me how to scale global business, build long-term partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams.Beyond building companies, I’m committed to supporting the startup ecosystem. I built these relationships from the ground up, as many of these organizations had no Citrix solutions in place at the time. Through strategic engagement and tailored solutions, I successfully transformed them into long-term, high-value partnerships. My efforts contributed to Citrix’s remarkable growth, helping the company scale from a two-digit million revenue business to a unicorn by the time I left. I’m proud to have played a part in Citrix’s success and in helping these global leaders adopt solutions that transformed their operations.
