Since Tracy joined Capital Title in 2011, the company has grown from 24 to nearly 100 offices that cumulatively close approximately 96,000 transactions per year. She has restructured, or fully created new support departments and positions to maximize operational support for Capital Title, which include the Policy & Escrow Accounting Departments. Additionally, Tracy and Title Operations have expanded the title plant to include 42 counties in Texas that process 400+ order daily.

Born in Independence, Missouri, Tracy graduated from Texas Wesleyan School of Law, now known as Texas A&M School of Law, December, 1997 and was licensed with the State Bar of Texas in May, 1998. Beginning in October 2011, Tracy has been the Chief Operations Officer for Capital Title and a partner in Shaddock Law & Associates. During her tenure, the company has grown from approximately 30 to nearly 80 offices state-wide, becoming the largest independent title company in Texas. The offices cumulatively close approximately 36,000 transactions per year. Tracy has focused on implementing the processes and hiring the right personnel to build and expand the internal support to closers necessary to strive to be the best title company in Texas.
