About
I build 0-to-1 products in complex, ambiguous environments — increasingly, ones where AI is the core of the value creation thesis. At Ramp, I was the 18th employee and first IC PM. I founded Bill Pay, which became the company's largest product line (~40% of revenue). (Ramp is now valued at $32B, over $1B in ARR.) Over four years I was fortunate to ship an unusual amount of 0-to-1 work: money movement rails, the developer API, procurement, vendor management, workflow automation, price intelligence, and the risk function from scratch. Some of this involved early work on model evaluation for AI-powered invoice parsing–figuring out what "accurate" meant for customers before the tooling existed to make it easy. Before Ramp, I co-founded Ginkgo through Blue Ridge Labs (Robin Hood Foundation's social impact accelerator). We were building "TurboTax for small business lending." Didn't find product-market fit and shut it down after a year. Learned more about 0-to-1 discipline from that failure tha…

Vp of Product (Fractional)
Present
Leading product for a seed-stage capital provider for brick-and-mortar businesses. Designing and building an agentic underwriting pipeline: data ingestion, normalization, anomaly detection across layers of financial analysis, and automated decisioning. Evaluation framework benchmarked against manual underwriting baselines.
Head of Product, Operational Tools (Fractional)
Metropolitan Transportation Authority
Present
Led product for bus operations technology, focused on improving real-time arrival predictions for 5,500 buses serving 2M daily riders. Investigated the "ghost bus" problem — when the app says a bus is coming and it never arrives. Used Python and SQL to analyze operational data and identified root causes the organization hadn't previously surfaced, related to how the prediction algorithm handles bus state over time. Shipped MVP of a redesigned dispatcher tool. Built a cross-organizational coalition across five stakeholder groups to advocate for the backend data infrastructure investment needed to fix the underlying prediction issues.
Vp of Product (Fractional)
Titan · New York City Metropolitan Area
Led the product pivot from alternative investment platform to AI-powered financial advisor. Core challenge: designing an interaction model where users trust AI enough to take action on financial decisions. Built and tested prototypes using RAG architecture and prompt engineering frameworks. Designed the evaluation approach around leading indicators (engagement, explicit feedback) and lagging indicators (whether users actually moved money).
Head of Product
ElectronX · New York City Metropolitan Area
First product hire at a CFTC-regulated derivatives exchange for electricity trading. Designed and shipped v1 of the exchange platform — trading UI, onboarding, risk management, and regulatory reporting. Served dual role as Head of Product and interim CISO.
Group Product Manager
Ramp · New York, NY
18th employee and first IC PM at Ramp. Joined pre-Series A, left after Series C at ~1,000 employees. Ramp is now valued at $32B with over $1B in annualized revenue. Over four years I was lucky enough to do more 0-to-1 product work than I could have imagined. Consistently rated in the top 2 PMs. Built a product team with a reputation for having the strongest culture in the org. Career-defining. As GPM: Scaled accounts payable from startup-within-startup to a full enterprise sales motion; managed 2 PMs and 15–30 engineers Shipped workflow automation — a conditional logic engine for routing approvals and decisions across any Ramp product. Most requested feature by midmarket/enterprise customers; the feature that let Ramp scale to larger, more complex organizations Shipped price intelligence (data product, highest MQL generator in 2023), Ramp developer API, procurement (beta), vendor management
Lead Product Manager

Took accounts payable from startup-within-startup to enterprise sales motion Began managing PMs across the AP and procurement product area Led product marketing and unit economics reporting for AP as the product GM
Senior Product Manager
Founded and launched Bill Pay, which became Ramp's largest product line (~40% of revenue). Spotted that customers managed spend on Ramp but processed bills through 3–4 other tools. Proposed the business line, recruited a team, shipped a working prototype in 3 months Designed customer-aligned evaluation metrics for AI-powered invoice parsing (pre-LangChain era) — built the framework around error hierarchies that mattered to customers, not character-level accuracy. The metric held up as underlying models improved Launched the Ramp developer API (first used for partnership integrations)
Product Manager
First risk PM / head of risk product. Kept fraud <2 bps as revenue grew 60x Wrote Ramp's first credit policy, built fraud defenses, ran risk operations Wore lots of hats. Tons of customer support, product work across card, spend, and early AP investigation
