Ted Johanson began his logistics career in 1983 after serving in the United States Army, starting in specialized delivery and dedicated distribution while attending college in Florida. Over the following decades, he held nearly every role in the industry — from courier to Regional Operations Manager, Senior Vice President of Sales, and ultimately Founder/President/CEO — working with organizations ranging from 25‑person operations to national companies with more than 5,000 employees.From 1999 to 2009, Ted played a central role in transforming a regional messenger service into one of the nation’s leading specialized medical distribution providers, serving long‑term care pharmacies, clinical laboratories, and major healthcare organizations. In 2013, he founded Mission Critical Delivery Solutions and grew it into a premier LTC pharmacy delivery provider.
