As a safety adviser I use to collect observation report from the site safety officer’s on daily basis. By referring that data where ever action is required I schedule meeting with management to get action plan from their team members. After preparing the method statement I use to prepare Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA). After assuring the adequate control measures it will communicate to the team who is going to carry out the activity. Committee meeting will be organized once in a month for checking the compliance according to the standard. If we found in any activity the site team needs training (based on injury/accident records) it will be organized during the month to maintain the standard requirement.
