I am an experienced managing veterinarian. I enjoy building excellent teams and growing team members skills. I enjoy clinical medicine and challenging cases, but nothing makes me happier than teaching others through those cases and watching their confidence bloom! I love helping my team find their passion. I enjoy day to day management of work flow and client communication. It is important to me to work as a team- client, patient, and staff- to affect the best outcome for patient care. I have owned a hospital and understand financial management, staff management, and client communication. I would thrive in a job that allows me to focus on these skills.
