Designed and monitored month-on-month key HR Metrices, including Headcount and cost and facilitated optimization. Led the Project on Attrition Control, implementing Lean Six Sigma to reduce attrition from 17% in FY22 to 9% in FY24. Collaborated directly with the CHRO to analyze and optimize HR strategies, aligning them with organizational goals. Implemented several initiatives of Employee Engagement, Employee Welfare, CSR and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
