Joined as employee #2 to establish the foundational business infrastructure from scratch. • Established national and international HR infrastructure by implementing Personio and an Employer of Record (EOR) structure to compliantly hire staff across multiple countries. • Created the initial financial statements and models, including P&L, cash‑flow statements and runway forecasts, to guide strategic hiring and product investment. • Set up the basic recruiting system (pipeline structure and interview processes) and managed global event operations, including planning Wonderland’s presence at the AWE trade fair in Lisbon.
