For several years now, I have been focusing on a central challenge within the real estate industry: administrative processes are being digitalised — yet instead of creating relief, they often generate additional complexity. Today, many property management companies work with a wide range of specialised software solutions: ERP systems, document management, payment processing, digital signatures and industry-specific applications. The real issue is therefore not a lack of digitalisation, but rather the insufficient connection between these systems. As CEO of domoforce, it is my ambition to close exactly this structural gap.
