Describing yourself in a few sentences is always difficult - but I will start by telling my professional network that I am a research enthusiast, who has worked for more than 10 years in different economies, different organizations, in various consumer insights and brand roles but always struggled to answer "what do customers want?" In my quest to find the answer to this question, which is 'the key question" we all want to know, I started my Ph.D. journey at Stockholm School of Economics (the pre-Corona time) examining what online grocery customers want. It was the time when online grocery was still gearing up, was postulated to be the next big thing. But today, amid pandemic, grocery retailers are reporting double-digit growth and all thanks to online grocery.
