Present

Leader of an organization bringing Peruvians together through representation, advocacy, and empowerment. As President of the organization my duties are to ensure effective collaboration between the electoral body and members within the community. As a cultural organization we engage in community celebration through the planning of general body meetings during the school year. These meetings serve as a way to destress members and to bring a piece of home to State College. As president I heavily rely on the encouragement of my community as well as strong collaboration with my peers. Goal is to ensure this club not only serves as a place of community but a place of person building, safety, and education.

Student Engagement Intern

Palmer Museum of Art

Present

Working closely and leading a team of ambassadors for the preparation of Monthly Art After Hours program events. These themed events are inspired by the Palmer's rotating collection of Artists. Daily tasks include research and development of art-inspired activities for students and community engagement.

Penn State Latino Caucus

Working in enhancing Lantinx student experience at Penn State. Working closely with staff at Penn State's Paul Roberson Cultural Center, Latina/o-Studies department, and University Park administration.

Secretary

The Peruvian Student Association

Primarily responsible for transcribing weekly meetings also handling communication across multiple networking platforms including, Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, and GroupMe.

Working in a team setting ensuring quality food service. Building strong relationships with student workers and full-time staff.
