I work at the intersection of entrepreneurship, capital, leadership, organization, and impact. Over the past 30 years, I have worked with banks, corporations, startups, family offices, and investment firms from different perspectives: as an executive, managing director, trusted advisor and executive coach.Today, I combine two roles that, in my view, are closely connected. On the one hand, I advise investors, family offices, companies and funds on impact investing strategies in startups and venture capital funds — from strategy and deal flow to due diligence, transactions, portfolio management, and the active support of portfolio companies.
