As first Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Ottobock, a global Medtech leader in Prosthetics and Orthotics, I built the new Digital Office, including all internal Startup teams. The focus is on holistic hands on Digital Transformation, fostering intrapreneurship and cultural change by employing agile leadership and agile working modes.
