Directly reported to regional sales representative. • Used software to analyze store KPI metrics daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure success with sales goals. Developed and implemented ideas and events to achieve productivity goals and turn around counter within one year time frame. • When first accepting the position, the counter was down -21% trend, compared to other counters. By the end of the fiscal year, our trend deficit was reduced more than half to -7% within 5 months. Profits totaled over $400,000 for the 2018 fiscal year for the counter. Rank increased from third place to second over other counters for overall total sales. • Upon my departure, metrics placed the counter as top rank (percent to plan) in the entire cosmetics department, with a 15% sales trend over plan and 4% growth over last year.
