About

I am a small animal veterinarian and research collaborator. Since graduating from NCSU with my combined DVM and PhD, I have been working to maintain my interests in immunology, clinical pathology, and research while cultivating passion and experience within general practice medicine and surgery. I endeavor to learn daily, utilize current medical standards of care, and refine surgical techniques. My long-term research interests involve the characterization and comprehensive understanding of the signaling pathways that dictate the innate immune response as it is influenced by both environmental and genetic factors.
