With over 22 years of diversified experience in the manufacturing industry, I am a strategic leader and a Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional who excels in driving operational excellence and business growth. As the Head of Operations at BOMAG India, I oversee the production, supply chain, quality, and project management functions, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, compliance with standards, and customer satisfaction. I have a proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and QMS processes, improving efficiency, productivity, and quality across the organization. I have also successfully developed and launched new products, such as Super Paver Prototype and CE4 Compactors and Pavers, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
