I wanted to share some of my diverse experiences in serving various customers. My interest in software design and database applications began early on, during my computer hardware course at Computer Point and even before, when I read about DBase III. During the Commonwealth Games, my team and I had the opportunity to develop a basic application for a sample testing lab in India to manage their chain of custody workload. We later expanded this into a complete LIMS (Lab Information Management System) for the entire lab to handle blood and urine testing results. This application continues to grow and evolve to meet the lab's ongoing needs. We've also had the chance to design websites for different clients and run Google Ad campaigns. Another milestone was starting service for an international customer from the UK. We managed their books remotely using software like Sage 50 and Xero, and also managed their Magento-based website. I'd like to share some highlights from my time at The Computer Planet, my first partnership venture with a technical college mate. We were fortunate to experience considerable success due to the booming IT sector in India at the time. My responsibilities included staff management, exploring new technologies, and providing growth opportunities for the service team. Through this work, I built strong relationships with various shoe manufacturing company owners. We were also proud to serve Taj Group Khazana shops in Delhi and a medical instrument company along with its associated universities. Overall, running my own IT service provider company was a fantastic experience that taught me valuable lessons about the various aspects of entrepreneurship.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the invaluable experience I gained during my seven years at The Computer Engineering company. The environment fostered a remarkable learning experience, allowing me to develop into the IT expert I am today. During my time at the company, I had the opportunity to engage in various aspects of system integration, including designing custom computers to meet specific client application requirements and implementing complete network infrastructures, from cable installation to Novell Netware server configuration. I also gained expertise in Arcnet and Ethernet technologies, as well as the installation and maintenance of diverse printing and scanning equipment. Furthermore, I honed my leadership abilities while serving as a team leader and managing numerous client accounts focused on data processing and the conversion of manual records to digital formats. I am truly grateful for the opportunities and knowledge I acquired during my tenure.

I would like to share some highlights from my early ventures in the electronics field. Starting with building custom audio amplifiers and assembling color TV kits, I progressed to opening a service center for repairing various audio and video equipment. I also had the opportunity to sell color TV kits in the bustling Lajpat Rai Market, which provided valuable experience interacting directly with end-user customers. Throughout this journey, the most fulfilling aspect was satisfying my deep curiosity about technology. This passion had been burning since my high school days, and with formal technical qualifications, I was able to develop a more mature understanding of electronic circuits.

As an apprentice with Texla TV, my primary responsibility was to learn from a skilled supervisor. I actively assisted a master craftsman or experienced worker, performing basic tasks under their guidance. Through this on-the-job training, and often by attending related educational courses, I absorbed knowledge and developed practical skills. My experience included learning how to assemble a television, understanding the quality control and testing process, working on the shop floor of a television unit, dispatching televisions, and managing inventory in the store of a television manufacturing unit.
