Project Manager - Software Development
Worked as a technical Project Manager and Development Manager for NIIT’s School ERP product, Quick School. Quick School is a web integrated and comprehensive Education Resource Planning software developed for schools to manage information spanning all functional requirements. The product empowers schools to strengthen their services to students and parents, thus enhancing their competitive advantage many folds. Among others I was responsible for Client Management across various locations in India and Gulf region, Implementing technical expertise & business knowledge to bridge gap between business strategy & technology and implementing enterprise-wide development standards, methodologies, processes and workflow for the product at NIIT.
Manager - Software Development
Now, along with the responsibilities I was already doing as a Project Lead, I was responsible for the delivery from the teams working with me as per the Release Plan published by the PMO. This included working extensively with the Development Team and collaborating with the Quality and other teams.
