In 2017 I graduated from The Culinary Institute of America with an associates in Culinary Arts. During my time at school I was fortunate to work as a private chef around the New York Area. After graduating I moved to Portland, Oregon to assist in opening a hotel, multiple restaurants as well as breweries before returning to school to pursue a degree in Accounting. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Portland State University in December of 2020. Shortly after, I moved Minneapolis, MN to begin my career with PwC's assurance practice for large cap insurance companies. I have since transitioned into the private sector, working as a financial analyst driving insights and business decisions through data modeling and interpretation.
