I worked closely with Hon. Justice Asmau Mainoma, JCA who was then a High Court Judge at the Nasarawa State Judiciary. I was a research and legal assistant to His Lordship were I was tasked to prepare draft opinions on judgments. In my position, I proffered more than 32 legal opinions in a space of one year which were later adopted as reasoning of the court. While I worked as a Legal Assistant to His Lordship, it shaped my mind as a dispute resolution attorney at my next role in Rickey Tarfa & Co.
