Aderemi Dalley, MCIArb is an astute legal professional whose wealth of experience spans numerous practice areas including but not limited to corporate advisory, finance and restructuring, construction, intellectual property, and energy law. He has successfully represented clients in arbitration and litigation matters before all stratus of courts, in Nigeria. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999 and began his legal career as an Associate at Abudu, Dalley & Co, where he was promoted to Senior Associate and later Partner. He is one of the founding Partners of GRF Dalley & Partners, where he imparts his extensive legal experience in litigation and general corporate advisory services to leading clients in the following industries: agriculture, banking, construction, finance, manufacturing and mining.
