Managed, created, and implemented over 10 reports based on time studies of over 100 people using an integrated smart phone app to analyze DC processes. Sought out training from over 10 people throughout 5 departments, and made recommendations based on observations to change and improve processes. Became proficient in WMS, pulled reporting to measure efficiency and increase productivity, and shared these reports with company executives. Created and managed process for accurately determining cubic dimensions of over 45 pallets ensuring statistical compliance, while confirming 95%+ cubic data accuracy. This was used to determine number of pallets created and shipped to minimize cost of transportation accessorials.
