With 17+ years across executive coaching, leadership development, and talent strategy, I’ve helped shape leaders at Google, HSBC, Tata, Meta, and high-growth startups. In 2025, I joined Listenlights as Head of Learning & Development, leading capability-building at a fast-growing MEP firm powering the next generation of data centers & more. I started in the education space, moved through business head roles at Human Dynamic, and grew leadership pipelines at the Center for Creative Leadership. I’ve coached 10,000+ leaders, designed AI-powered learning at Inner Fit, and mentored leaders and coaches globally.
