As Tanury’s Marketing Manager, Paula is responsible for seeking out and developing new business to ensure the front end of Tanury's sales pipeline is healthy and growing. Some of her day-to-day responsibilities include; generating and qualifying new leads, cultivating relationships with new customers, assigning new customers to the sales team and overseeing first production runs. Paula also assists with special management projects and lean manufacturing initiatives. She has extensive experience in managing large sales and production teams in a manufacturing environment. Previously, Paula worked in the mortgage banking industry for 27 years. She has expertise in mortgage underwriting and operations management. In 2006 Paula founded Bartlett Funding.
