I’m an Operating Partner at Companyon Ventures, where I lead diligence and support early-stage software and AI startups post-investment. My work spans go-to-market, finance, and strategy, and I partner with founders in the diligence room, the boardroom, and the trenches, helping them scale faster, raise smarter, and operate with clarity. On the investment side, I lead our diligence process, shaping conviction around product-market fit, financial scalability, and go-to-market (GTM) readiness. After the check, I stay close: helping founders build the plans, dashboards, and operating rhythms that drive traction and build credibility for the next raise.
