Every week, we present updates through our "Aufsichtsratstracker," capturing all pivotal shifts such as new appointments, re-elections, resignations of board members, and alterations in board composition, diversity, and structure. Our database encompasses over 2,600 current non-executive directors appointed by shareholders during the Annual General Meeting (AGM). This comprehensive data empowers the Boards Monitor to forecast the number of directors slated for election in the forthcoming AGM. It also provides insights into potential changes, upcoming appointees, and the competencies that would further equip the board to adeptly navigate future challenges. Annually, over 100 companies are tasked with appointing approximately 500 new directors. This presents a significant opportunity to continually "Build.Better.Boards" each year.
