Miki is currently Director of Design at Lattice, building HR and operational tools that help leaders, managers and teams drive high performance. He has led design teams across product, content and research for leading consumer and business SaaS brands such as Lattice (people operations), Samsara (IoT for logistics), Facebook (social impact), Twitter (platform, growth and identity), and Evernote (productivity). Miki had spent the last few years applying design to hard, systemic challenges at a global scale, such as civic engagement, financial inclusion and philanthropy. He’s played many critical roles in product development: sole designer instrumental in bringing 0-to-1 projects to life; design lead shaping product vision and guiding strategy; team leader empowering designers and building culture.
