I am a serial entrepreneur by passion. I have worked as a programmer, product developer, CFO, COO and CEO and therefore know the challenges of building a startup very well. Already during my academic career and PhD I founded several companies. One of them was Carpooling (mitfahrgelegenheit.de). Carpooling grew in 45 countries, had seven million registered users and was successfully sold to BlaBlaCar, the world's largest mobility community, in 2015. Today, with Eisbach Partners, I advise companies that share my passion for starting up. Together with our clients, we develop new business models and implement them successfully - as a corporate start-up, spin-off or new business unit, within or outside the core business.
