At Personio, I joined as one of the first ~10 employees and built Finance, Legal, Analytics and Business Operations from the ground up, scaling the function through multiple funding rounds to unicorn status. Now at n8n, I’m doing it again: leading Operations across multiple entities (US, UK, Germany) as the company scales beyond €100M ARR, covering everything from pushing company strategy, building and scaling operational finance processes, leading FP&A and other strategic finance projects from fundraising to M&A as well as building out legal, data and other business operations functions.
