Our story began with dlt, an open-source project designed to simplify data workflows for developers everywhere. Our mission is to make data engineering as seamless and joyful as writing Python itself. We're creating dltHub, a platform where any Python developer can take on data tasks that once required an entire team — running pipelines, transformations, and notebooks effortlessly, without worrying about infrastructure.

As a part-time Venture at Angel Invest I'm investing 5x per year in areas and sectors that interest me. This is mostly AI, data warehouses/cloud, Open Source, dev tools. We are one of Europe's most active angel funds, making 50+ investments every year into European technology startups. Our initial check size is €100k, we invest in Pre-seed and Seed rounds. We actively coach the founders we back for one year and give them access to our networks. Before Angel Invest I wrote angel checks into Rasa, Taktile, n8n.

Later I pushed Growth FullStack, an ETL service for mobile marketing data, from demo to a hitting its early commercial OKRs as a Joint Venture.
