Other accomplishments include: • Raising $350M across four rounds of funding from top Silicon Valley investors. • Building out the team from 17 people to over 450 and expanding from just the US to six countries. • Closing two acquisitions and helping grow Huntress from one product into a complete cybersecurity platform with four products for SMBs.

Nava · Washington DC-Baltimore Area
Nava builds digital services and technology solutions for government agencies to improve how they serve the public. The company is famous for being part of the rescue team brought in by the Obama administration to fix Healthcare.gov after its failed 2013 launch. At Nava I built the Finance & Business Operations function from the ground up, scaling the company from 30 to 150 employees and achieving 5x revenue growth. I also: • Created and led teams across finance, accounting, tax, audit, legal, people ops, IT, compliance, benefits, real estate, and office operations. • Structured the company's capital strategy and built relationships with banks, debt funds, and PE/VC investors. • Worked closely with the CEO and executive team to execute the 5-year strategic plan, establishing financial frameworks that drove profitability and sustained growth.
