Serve as the student liaison for the AVMA Veterinary Economics Strategy Committee. Represent SAVMA at the annual AVMA Veterinary Economics Summit. Represent SAVMA at the VBMA’s annual national meeting.

Become familiar with all the duties and responsibilities of the office of the VEO. Assist the VEO and substitute for the VEO when necessary and appropriate. Succeed to the office of the VEO upon expiration of the VEO’s term of office, or in the event that the VEO is unable to fulfill his or her term. Attend meetings with the VEO when invited by the planning organizations such as the Annual AVMA Economic Summit.
