My background consists of over 20 years experience working in customer service of all sorts. I currently hold a position at Aurora Pet Hospital as the practice manager and I thoroughly enjoy this field that I am a part of. Previously, I worked at Geico Insurance Agency in the customer service department, where I acquired a vast knowledge of their policies and obtained my license to sell insurance. I enjoy working independently achieving individual goals, and also in a team setting, helping others and taking constructive criticism to better my experience, expertise, and technique.
