Veterinary Practice Manager with a focus on the client/patient experience. As a manager, employee investment is imperative to create a positive, productive, and uplifting work environment where we can grow individually as well as a team. I started my career in the veterinary field as a part time receptionist, vet assistant, and kennel worker. I assumed the lead technician role for 6 years before stepping into a management role. From humble beginnings of a 1.5 doctor practice with 12 employees, to a 4 doctor practice with 40+ team members, I have worn just about every hat, with the exception of DVM. We have successfully completed a hospital addition and renovation while keeping our hospital open, functioning, profitable, and providing exceptional care during the process. My contribution to our wonderful hospital has grown exponentially just as our practice has.
