Kolade managed the Federal Government segment of the Infrastructure Finance Project Portfolio for the UK Nigerian Infrastructure Advisory Facility (UKNIAF), an FCDO funded £72.8m technical assistance facility programme. He worked to collate and manage project appraisal, preparation and the delivery of a pipeline of Public-Private Partnership projects in the Ministries, Departments and Agencies of the Nigerian Federal Government in alignment with several key objectives.

Directly advised the President and Vice-President of Nigeria on critical infrastructure policy matters and initiatives as the Chief Economic Coordinators of the Federal Government. Advisory, Coordination, Research, and Secretariat support to the Vice President and the Economic Management Team (sub-committee of Nigeria’s Federal Executive Council which deliberates on key economic matters), particularly on Infrastructure related matters. Provided technical assistance to the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) and Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC), and as liaison between the Presidency and both agencies.
