My experience ranges from practice management to client relations to dog behavior and everything in between! I am the head of culture (essentially a practice manager) at Paz Veterinary North. I handle inventory, managing our teams, payroll, doctor schedules, etc. In addition, I started leading Puppy Kindergarten classes in 2015 with Karma Dog Training. In 2020, I created a puppy socialization class for Paz Veterinary to help acclimate all the pandemic puppies. Since then, I have introduced puppy training basic obedience classes to the company and have single handedly created a brand within a brand. To make these classes a success, I have focused in marketing, social media presence and using creativity/ design for promoting purposes in order to create a loyal following.
