About
Recent graduate of the class of 2022. I am currently working as an associate veterinarian at a companion animal general practice. Regarding my skill set, I am comfortable with most soft tissue surgeries and have spent several externships honing my surgical skills in animal shelters. Over the last couple years I have worked as a volunteer veterinarian/veterinary student at Seattle Humane, WSU’s Shelter Medicine Service, the Humane Society of Western Montana, and others. I have taken every elective surgery course my curriculum has to offer and have experience with both large and small animal soft tissue surgeries. I am passionate about client education, satisfaction, and retention. During our interactive communications course at WSU with paid actors as clients, I was nominated as one of the top communicators in my class. I love problem solving with clients to find the treatment regimen that works best for both themselves and their pet.
