About

My name is Dr. Kady Castaneda and I am a small animal veterinarian located in Wilmington, NC. I am a 2023 North Carolina State University CVM graduate. My goals include providing my community with up-to-date and empathetic veterinary care from preventative to emergency medicine and everything in between to those living in and around the Wilmington and Leland, NC areas. With expertise in communicating and engaging with clients in a way that prioritizes their pets, is easily understandable and straightforward, and promotes an open and fluid client/doctor relationship, I thrive to produce noticeable improvements in my patients lives to create a longer and more comfortable existence for both pets and owners. I have dedicated the past 10 years of my life to learning and understanding canine and feline health and wellness in order to protect the lives and wellbeing of those who cannot speak and to help maintain the unique and beautiful bond between person and pet. It is truly an honor to me…
