As a partner at ENR Advisory, I provide legal and strategic advice to clients in the energy, mining, and infrastructure sectors, both in Nigeria and internationally. I have over 15 years of experience in structuring, negotiating, and documenting joint ventures, acquisitions, project-related investments, public-private partnerships, and other complex commercial transactions. My core competencies include petroleum law, mining law, transactional law, policy development, and regulatory compliance. I hold an LL.M. (with distinction) in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center, where I received the CALI Award for Excellence and the Pro Bono Pledge Honors. I also hold an Osgoode Certificate In Mining Law from the Osgood Hall Law School. I am licensed to practice law in Nigeria and the State of New York. My mission is to help clients achieve their business objectives while navigating the legal and regulatory challenges in their respective industries.
