I’m a first-year Mechanical Engineering and Applied & Computational Mathematics & Statistics student at the University of Notre Dame. I’m from the western suburbs of Chicago, and what drives me is building, whether that be building (and leading!) new teams, building my knowledge, or just building my respect for others. I love to engage with both technical problem-solving and people-focused leadership, whether that’s through working on a Baja SAE car or representing my freshman class as president. Right now, I spend my time applying engineering and quantitative thinking to tangible projects while staying deeply involved in Student Government, engineering leadership, and acquiring interdisciplinary skills. My background in academic competition and research—especially in geography, history, and STEM—shaped how I approach problems: analytically, competitively, and with a perspective of leadership for the sake of learning, not for the sake of “doing”. Elected as Class President for the Class of 2029 though the First Year Class Council. Run weekly meetings consisting of 32 dorm representatives. Meet with adult stakeholders from the Student Activities Office to best represent the interests of the 2000+ class members of the premier global Catholic research university.

Serve as the primary student liaison for engineering recruitment. Lead summer sponsorship outreach for Engineering, Science & Technology Night as well as Engineer's Week.
