With over 25 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur and investor, I am passionate about building and growing companies that make a positive impact. I am a General Partner at HEARTFELT_, a venture capital firm that supports founders who create solutions for the most pressing challenges of our time. I am also the Managing Director at APX, a joint venture between Axel Springer and Porsche, where I lead a team of experts who provide tailored programs and shortcuts for early-stage startups. In addition, I co-founded betterplace.org, Germany's largest donation platform, and serve on the boards of several organizations that promote innovation and social good. I write a weekly newsletter about topics I care about and share my insights and learnings from the startup ecosystem.
