As my father-in-law always says, "Success and failure in life is determined more by mental attitude than mental capability". I am a very positive and optimistic person in life, and I carry that attitude into the work that I do at Onsharp. For more than 25 years, I have been living the small business dream, and it's a dream because it gives me the flexibility to focus on my #1 priority... my family. I try to surround myself with people who are also positive and supportive, because we could all use a few more people lifting us up rather than pulling us down. While I have a lot to learn still in my young career, I enjoy helping others start new companies and I hope that I can steer them in the right direction based on my past successes and failures. I often say "everything in life is relative", because we all bring our own perspective to each situation.
