In this role, I utilised decision-making authority (Prokura) while acting as a supervisor for the finance team. I devised restructuring plans and business growth models to achieve exponential business growth. I served as deputy for market president as well as key contact and business partner for all finance departments. Also I managed the development of commercial contracts by collaborating with sales and legal teams. Key Achievements: • Overachieved Budget Plan by 12% while managing significant growth of 70% YOY. • M&A setup corporate reporting structure in this newly acquired entity and steered business turnaround after a major client loss of 60% in Revenues. • Selected as a member of global high potentials forum and corporate finance mentoring program after I won various awards and competition win across the region.
Financial Analyst / Sr. Financial Analyst (Fp&a)
During this role, I oversaw reporting and analysis for the executive management team in accordance with Pan-European standards. I conducted KPI reporting, Hyperion Implementation, and process improvement as a team leader for international projects. Also, I devised forecasts and annual plans for over 30 business units in 15 countries across EMEA and APAC. Furthermore, I supervised the development and control of the local business unit as well as created standard management and Ad hoc reports.
