In addition to core CSR responsibilities, I train and mentor new CSR team members, assist the Hospital Manager with delegated tasks, and support pharmacy operations by filling medications. I also monitor the hospital schedule to optimize doctor-client interactions and ensure smooth scheduling for the doctors/techs to fit in same-day requests, and manage the social media and marketing efforts to increase engagement and promote services. I also de-escalate challenging client interactions, reviewed records, invoices, and treatment plans for accuracy, and have mastered CareClub processes including conversations, enrollments, cancellations, and renewals to keep clients engaged. I also promote the myVCA app, manage home delivery and auto shipments, and implement SMS reminders to enhance client’s access to the team.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee, I operate in a traditional therapeutic role under a licensed supervisor. This includes providing psychotherapeutic services to individuals (kids and adults), couples, families, and groups. I use theories and lenses that are appropriate to the specific work in each session, and am a strong believer in holistic care for all. I focus on incorporating trauma informed/focused care, and expressive arts interventions.

At the end of 2019 I got promoted to Operations Coordinator, where I became responsible for keeping track of payroll for lifeguards, supervisors, and assistants. I also began writing monthly reports for facility operations, and worked directly with members, drafting mass emails, and dealing with the beginnings of COVID-19 and its impact on the facility’s usage. As a coordinator, I exercised strong leadership and professionalism helping the full-time staff and managing the training and work quality of 21 employees.
