The Right Now Climate Fund is a $100 million fund for climate resilience and biodiversity projects worldwide. I lead on the selection and portfolio management for our community based projects in the Asia Pacific Region, prioritising environmental impact; poverty alleviation; equitable distribution of benefits; and community ownership. I also build community engagements outside of APAC; including the design of a green jobs program in the UK and the creation of academic partnerships in the EU.
New Tech Experimentation Program, Sustainable Buildings

I led the development of the New Technology Experimentation Program for Sustainable Buildings across Amazon's real estate portfolio in the EU. Innovative pilots in building materials; building systems; batteries and storage; and refrigerants all helped to drive a new normal across Amazon's building sector. The program specialised in hard-to-abate industries such as concrete, steel, and refrigerants.

The Gold Standard is now endorsed by the United Nations, 100+ NGOs and used by Fortune 500 companies. • Spoke at 50+ conferences, parliament addresses, corporate meetings, TV and radio spots. • Transformed my research into €1 million in seed funding for a carbon market capacity initiative in South Africa, China, Brazil, the Philippines and India (still active today).
Policy Researcher and Technical Writer

• Led communications for the 2004 International Year of Rice and managed 20+ Rome-based personnel. Helped coordinate a global communications campaign with 194 member states. • Working with all departments within the organization, drafted and supported senior officials on the agency's first publication on Food Security and Climate Change. • Identified agro-ecological vulnerable zones within FAO’s food security framework to assess key risks.
